Multi Site Not Working

I am trying to use this on a multi site and it wont work. Say my site is http://www.test.com and I want this only on http://www.test.com/us/. When I go to add a location it keeps kicking back to the main site and saying I have no permission since the plugin is not installed on that site. Any had this??
