Multi-file upload

We just added the new multi-file upload feature to the chat widget and chat helpdesk dashboard, and it’s now available for everyone. This update makes the chat helpdesk experience smoother and more flexible. Added items appear inside the input field as a scrollable strip, with the option to remove any of them before sending. The upload process supports drag-and-drop, shows progress indicators, allows canceling mid-upload, and handles up to ten attachments at once. This brings a modern, messaging-app-style experience to your widget for every file type.
