Much needed WordPress plugin

WordPress.org has been missing a plugin for site creation by registered users from the front end in easy steps. WordPress.com has a 6-step site creation wizard – https://wordpress.com/start/website/survey-user/en. This plugin does something similar and gives the network admin a lot of control over each step. I have been using this plugin since the beginning and it has gone through a lot of updates to make it more stable and reliable for large multisite installations.
