    Sorry about that, jquery.tippy.css is the file now. I need to update the documentation on that. Any changes to that file should take effect (though it is still recommended that you copy the file to your theme folder; if you edit it in the plugins folder, your changes will disappear when you update the plugin). Either way, modifying jquery.tippy.css in place or copying it to your theme folder and modifying it there should apply the changes you are trying to make.

    Hello! Overriding doesn’t work! I placed jquery.tippy.css in my child-theme/plugin/tippy/ folder but changes doesn’t appear. How to resolve it?

    mungle, try putting it in child-theme/jquery.tippy.css rather than in the plugin folder. I haven’t tested with child themes, so that still might not work.
