Modal Pop-up is disappearing behind other page elements

Hi! The pop-up modal is being hidden by other elements on the page that its on. This site is built with the DIVI builder. Right now on the page if the user scrolls down the page at all when the pop-up is up, it gets hidden by the footer. I have placed it higher up on the page, and then the same thing happens with other page elements like text, but only certain ones. I looked at the z-index and tried to raise this for all of the class and ID selectors using CSS, but couldn’t figure it out. It should have priority on the page, but doesn’t seem to, but only with these particular elements. Hmm…
I’m out of ideas so thought I’d write. Didn’t see anyone else here with the same issue. You can see what I mean on the site page I provided. Thanks!
