mobile view dropdown not working any device

Hi.
This is the 2nd site im working on thats got mobile issues with the header/footer builder.
In astra theme, all plugins up to date.
Its soo simple a menu, yet ANY mobile view I can see the menu icon, hover and it looks like it’ll work but it wont open, at all.
I’ve tried different browsers, different devices, and I just cant seem to get anything to open. \
same issue different site, too, but this client im seeing today, need fixed soonest.
