Hello i made a vertical timeline which is not showing up on mobile, cleared my cache, deactivated animations, still nor showing

I checked the URL you shared, but the timeline isn’t appearing anywhere on the site. Could you please share a screenshot of the section where you added the timeline? Also let me know exactly where you’ve placed the timeline widget so I can take a closer look.

Hi @damarowerbeagentur,

Thanks for the details. Since we can’t reproduce the issue on our side, please create a new test page with the timeline and send us screenshots of the editor view while adding it.
There may also be a plugin or theme conflict, so please try deactivating plugins one by one or switching to a default theme to check.

Hello, I still can’t find the solution. You’re right, it’s only visible for WP Admin, but not for PC and mobile when logged out. Here I made a blank page: https://ff.damaro.at/elementor-21830/ – in dev tools i cant see this element. Also, I dont have a caching plugin.

I also switched my theme + my plugins. Not working.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. We’ve identified and fixed the issue. Please update to the latest version of the Vertical Timeline Widget for Elementor (v2.6.2). Let me know if everything works after the update or if you still experience any problems.
