You will need to add that code to the bottom of the style.css file.

That will require customizing the JavaScript code for the menu.
If you would rather you can always use a menu plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/ and replace the default menu in Integral with it.
The plugin provides instructions on how to do that.
