Mobile Menu Not Working

Hello. I’m having an issue with the mobile navigation menu on this site. I installed the jQuery Migrate Plug-in and all drop-downs are currently working on the desktop version. However, when viewing the site from a mobile phone, the navigation drop down menu is no longer there. Instead, there is a blank space under the logo where the navigation bar used to appear. I’ve cleared cookies and the browser cache, tried multiple browsers and flushed the cache on the site. It still doesn’t appear.

I did upload Duena Revival to the site and did a live preview to see if that would help. Unfortunately, whoever originally designed the site added some customizations that wouldn’t carry over. So I can’t update the theme right now.
