It looks like you still have jQuery and jQuery migrate in the head section, which will give you that flag. I’m guessing you set the “Keep jQuery in the header” option, see Settings > Scripts to Footer. If not, then your theme or a plugin are placing those in the head directly instead of enqueuing it correctly.
These Pagespeed scores are really guidelines, too. If you need to move everything and doing so breaks your site’s functionality, you should reach out to whomever developed the site to come up with a system that works with all the scripts in the footer.
For the CSS above the fold, that’s a different issue that is out of the scope of this plugin, but here’s a good article.
I think you’re bigger issue for speed is your server response time. I would suggest contacting your host for ways they can improve your server or, perhaps, looking for a new host.
You could also try looking into Head.js to load your scripts (and disable my plugin).

It’s odd that the pagespeed tool is showing you all those javascript files as render-blocking, given that they appear in the footer. To be clear, all the scripts (except jQuery, per above) are loading in the footer, which you can see in the source code, and that is to be expected with the plugin running correctly. I’m not sure why you’re getting this error on this test, but I would consider reaching out to Google support or trying another speed testing tool.
Unfortunately, problem-solving your site’s issues with PageSpeed is beyond the scope of this plugin’s free support. That would normally be something you could pay me to help you with, but I’m currently booked until May.

I’ve never used that plugin myself, but as I have said in the past: my plugin is not the be-all, end-all solution. If that one works better for your site, I’d say go for it.

Sorry to say that, still the issue exists.
Apologies in the extremely delayed response, I haven’t been receiving email notifications on this support forum for some reason…
Looking back at your pagespeed results, it’s showing three scripts in both mobile and desktop. As long as these are enqueued properly this plugin should work. Let me know if I can help further.
