WP Touch will turn your site mobile friendly.

check Your theme is responsive or not .if not then install wptouch mobile plugin in existing theme it will work .
You may have to change into it.Ok Ty
yes you need to do setting as per your requirement like which menu you want into it add in menu . their are lot of option in it.if any prblm place here

I activate WP Touch plugin then after what to do?
then go to the dash board their is option for wptouch go to their and check wt you want ? their are two setting core & theme setting two option check it
