Mobile app and woocommerce

    I have a website that sells products, it is developed with woocommerce; I want to have a mobile app based on the existing website, I consulted with a mobile developer and was told that I need to provide RESTFUL API so that he can develop searching function in the app to show result based on the API.

    I have thousands of products, can anyone enlighten me how to start this? I have no idea how to generate a unique API for thousand products.
