    Hey there @webartist00 we don’t support 3rd party plugins here and natively WooCommerce doesn’t have anything to do with Tracking Numbers from any shipping providers.

    This forum is only WooCommerce core issues. Judging by your screenshots it appears your issue is with whatever app your using to connect to the site for adding tracking numbers.

    Firstly, please ensure that the same theme and plugins are installed and activated on both domains. Also, check if the settings of your WooCommerce and shipping plugin are identical on both domains.

    @ckadenge Hi there, thanks for your reply. The settings are the same, iam using the germanized plugin.

    As mentioned, we are not able to provide support for third-party plugins in this forum, only the core WooCommerce plugin.
