    I have an error in my error_log: WordPress database error Table ‘mydb_fca_eoi_activity’ doesn’t exist for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM mydb_fca_eoi_activity made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), include(‘/themes/mytheme/index.php’), get_template_part, locate_template, load_template, require(‘/themes/mytheme/loop.php’), the_content, apply_filters(‘the_content’), WP_Hook->apply_filters, do_blocks, render_block, WP_Block->render, fca_eoi_gutenblock_render, do_shortcode, preg_replace_callback, do_shortcode_tag, EasyOptInsShortcodes->shortcode_content, EasyOptInsActivity->add_impression, EasyOptInsActivity->add_activity

    The only fca* table I see is mydb_fca_eoi_subscribers

    Did I miss something in the setup?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Yonderwillow,

    Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I haven’t seen this issue before, so it’s a bit unusual. The plugin should normally create the necessary database tables automatically, but sometimes that can fail during setup.

    Could you please try fully reinstalling the plugin to see if that resolves the issue? If the table is still missing after reinstalling, let me know and we’ll look at the next steps.

    All the best.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I think I know what happened. The website in question is a subsite on a WordPress multisite install. When I installed the plugin it created the subscribers table for all of the subsites, but only created the activity table for the root. I didn’t see the table until a couple days ago when I was doing some cleanup. My guess is that you don’t officially support multisite, at least not on the free version, which I completely understand. It looks like I can probably just move or copy the activity table to the subsite and the error will go away, or uncover a new one.

    Again, thanks for getting back to me.

    Hi Yonderwillow,

    Thanks for looking into this and sharing the details. That makes sense.

    You’re right, the plugin doesn’t officially support multisite at the moment, which is likely why you’re seeing this behavior.

    Copying the activity table over to the subsite may work as a workaround, though since multisite isn’t something we officially support, I can’t guarantee everything will run smoothly. Still, it’s worth trying, and it should at least clear up the missing table error you’ve been seeing.

    I really appreciate you flagging this, as it’s helpful for us to see how the plugin behaves in multisite setups.

    All the best.

    I made a copy of the table for the subsite and everything appears to work. The summary widget on the admin dashboard shows the collected data. As far as I’m concerned this is fixed.

    Thanks for your time.
