I have inserted the shortcode [catposts name=”abc”] in a page, opened the preview and entered the customizer. I can’t find the customizer link on the left column.
I also tried to save the page but didn’t work either.

The classic widget plugin was already installed. I tried to run the customizer with the Classic Widget plugin both active and disabled but there is no sign of Category Post menu.
