    We have used your plugin for years without any problem, but recently updated it and now the invoices look different. We miss our and the customer information and logo. Everything is gone except the product, quantity and total information.

    How do we get it back as it was? The settings look the same as it did before.

    We understand how important it is to have your company details, customer information, and logo displayed correctly on the invoices.

    Since you mentioned that everything looks the same in the settings but the invoice output has changed, we’ll need to take a closer look to understand what might be causing this.

    Could you please share a screenshot of the plugin settings (General and Invoice template) and the issue?

    This will help us compare the configuration and identify what may have changed after the update.

    Once we have those screenshots, we’ll guide you on how to restore the invoice layout to how it was before.
