Missing indicators on Plugin-Updates, new Comments, etc.

When I activate the “Admin Menu Organiser” I see no more red badges on some menu entries.

I used to see instantly on the admin menu if I have updates. not anymore

Also seeing new comments which need approval I cannot see instantly in the admin menu.
