By default UpdraftPlus stores backup inside wp-content/updraft folder unless you have configured any remote storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
Can you please try to download one backup set and try to extract on your local computer, Check if you are able to extract the zip file?
Thanks,
Harshad
Hi,
Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately, files inside updraft folder are empty and also can’t be downloaded via Updraft plugin.
It’s weird because I can see that archives are being created during the process, but when it’s completed, they disappear.
Best,
Kuba

Can you please re-run the backup process and share the recent backup logs with us, Copy/paste the logs to https://pastebin.com and share the link here.
Thanks,
Harshad
Hi,
Thanks – here is the link: https://pastebin.com/xb6gwUYD
When I click e.g. “database” in order to download it, there is a notice, that no file was found 🙁
@bindebale
It looks like you are on LiteSpeed webserver, Can you please check this link and add the rules to your .htaccess file
https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-am-having-trouble-backing-up-and-my-web-hosting-company-uses-the-litespeed-webserver/
Then re-run the backup process and check if the backup zip files are not empty.
Thanks,
Harshad
Hi,
Unfortunately, none of these worked for me. However, I’ve noticed, that when I uncheck the “Send to remote storage” option, files are available.
Also, files sizes are correct in “Raw copies history”.
Hi,
Can you help me? Unfortunately this hasn’t been resolved
