Missing backupfiles

    Hi
    I have the plugin on 3 diff. sites (not the same server) and have the same error.:
    after few days the backup files is gone, the log-files are missing, but the it looks like the files are on the server, button RESTORE/DELETE are there, and 5 buttons for download the files, but there is no files on the server…..
    I have tryed to reinstall, but that didnt help…..

    What is wrong…????

    Hi,

    May I know if the site was restored or migrated from a different server/location?
    Do you see any error message in the “Backup/Restore” tab?

    Can you also check the “wp-content/updraft” folder if you see any remaining logs?
    If there is, please send it using an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    It is on 3 different server, NOT the same site, 3 diff. companies. (one is migrated for long time ago, and have worked fine, until now…..

    I think it all started about 3 months ago……

    No errors message, but when i try to use the Database-Plugins-Temaer-Uploads-Other tabs
    i get this message.: This file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.

    If i look at the folder now, there is only 3 files in there.:
    .htaccess
    index.html
    web.config

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    If I may ask, did you store your backup on the same server as before? If it has been moved then it is possible that the backups were not moved together with the install as UpdraftPlus is set to exclude the files from the backup.
