Minify question

Google page speed tels me to minify this css file :
/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/69012/default.include.f85c06.css
I tried to upload it again after it was optimised by google page speed, and still get the error in Google Page speed to compact or minify this css.
Please Help. I am sure many people have this question.
