Minify HTML, CSS, JS not working

Hi there,

First off, this is the easiest caching plugin (I’ve tried all the popular ones)! I’ve purchased a pro license. In my verifications though, it seems the minify for HTML, CSS and JS is not working.

Can you please advise if there is some basic troubleshooting that I can do?
