I understand that the mini cart remains empty, although there are items in the cart, is this correct?
Has this been an ongoing issue, or one that has recently surfaced? If the latter, do you recall any changes/updates made to the site prior to noticing this issue?
I’d like to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

Yes, that was the problem. it happened after I updated the plugin, but yesterday I updated it again (update release from July 4th) and now it’s working fine.
