As mentioned in your other thread, this is not possible. Visual Basic programs do not run in the browser, so cannot be added to a website, WordPress or otherwise.
If you want to build a web application that does run in the browser, there’s an enormous number of ways to do that, and this is not a good place to get recommendations for an approach, especially if you’re not developing it yourself.
