    Any plans to simplify your backend to match the WordPress admin better (ie: the contacts list could be as clean/simple as pages/posts list), get rid of the old drag & Drop editor, and load faster? (the custom drag&drop editor is slow)

    Comparing your plugin to other newsletter plugins— including Fluent CRM which uses the standard block editor to build clean email templates and it’s a much more native experience

    Really love that you integrate with The Events Calendar and would be more likely to try your product if it felt up to current WordPress baselines

    Hello,

    while I perfectly get your point, we’ve chosen to create our own interface to be more flexible with changes and the data structure. A native WordPress UI isn’t always our best bet to show complex info like our plugin requires in many panels. But again, I get your point, there’s always room to perfect it (e.g. slowness). I can assure you we will work hard in that direction.
