    Hello, I have problem that I can not create or edit the menu (appearance > menu ) the window of menu structure is not shown. we use the zerif pro child

    On the appearance > menu page you need to select the menu location, and create the menu.
    From this point on the menu configuration and usage is theme dependent, if you have further problems then ask in your theme support forum.

    This cannot be correct.
    What happens when you disable woocommerce ?
    Strongly suggest that you follow up your problem with your theme author.
