Menu Header Issue

On our website, we want to remove the white bar/section that is between the menu navigation (in black) and the header image with the woman. Every time I get it to disappear, the black section becomes bigger and overlaps the header image below. I know this is probably a simple CSS code, but I can’t figure it out without messing something else up. That white section serves no purpose and we just want it removed altogether. Please help!
