You can test the menu : “Qui Sommes-nous” . where you have 5 sub-menu. On a PC or portable-PC, the sub-menu works on-click and on-hover.
But i tried to test it on a mobile it doesn’t work.
When i started this site the release of Neve was : And the sub-menu workes correctly. I think this problem arrives with the latest version of Neve .

To test the nav-bar , i put the width of the id : div[role=”navigation”] at 1120px i did a lot of things after and i forgot to remove it . Now it works except the hover .

I’m having a similar issue with Neve:
Mobile menu dropdown appears BEHIND of everything else… I think that is why it’s not working for my site (hope it’s just that!)… And the menu dropdown background is not white, is transparent and I don’t know how to change it white for all mobile phones with additional CSS.

I just try the mobile menu with the latest version of Neve theme and it is still not working. I used this code to fix the problem:
