    Hello,

    on the main page the menu bar is static, but on the sub-sites the menu bar is no static. is that how it is thought?

    Hi,

    The theme is designed the way you have mentioned. The header becomes sticky in home page while remain as it is in inner pages.

    The sticky header in the home page is so that you can use one page menu which scrolls to the specified section when scrolled.
