Membership Pro for Site Network

I’m running a multisite installation with 7 sites. It is setup as http://www.site.com/subsite. I’d like to setup membership plugin one time and have it work across all sites in my network. Essentially one membership for all sites in the network. Free teaser content would be each sites home page but a paid subscriptions would be required to drill in and read any complete articles. Is this possible with Membership or Membership Pro??
