members only menu?

Hi lovely folks,
I’m creating a site here http://www.cciwi.org and am running BuddyPress and a chat room for forums and chat facilities. Currently all pages show on my side menu. However I want to have some pages (Members, chat room, Groups, Forums) to show only when registered members log in. Can anyone tell me how I can achieve that please?
