Memberess Triggers dont

Hi Uncanny Team 👋,

Hope you’re all doing great!

I’m currently using the MemberPress plugin, and I’ve set up a workflow where — when a user purchases any MemberPress plan — they should automatically:

1. Be assigned to the same plan, and
2. Be redirected to a WhatsApp URL that includes their plan details like this:
   👉 Display_Name purchased Product Title, of Rs. Amount, Expires at Date

But unfortunately, none of the MemberPress triggers are firing at all. 😩 On top of that, it’s not even logging anything — I’ve checked everywhere.
If we use it with gravity form Triger (when user submits form) then Actions work perfectly, but i dont want to use any other trigger. I want to use Memberpress Triggers to Memberpress Actions.

Could you please help me figure out what’s going wrong?
