    Hello,
I noticed an error when trying to Sync Media to Cloud Storage. In the plugin it doesn’t count all the files that have been uploaded. Even though I can see all the files on my Cloudflare R2, the plugin shows 17 out of 42 (pending 32).
But overall, great plugin! I’ve tried several others, and this is the one I find the simplest and most intuitive to use, even for people who aren’t experts.

    Hi @andrea-capretti,

Could you please stop the “Sync to Cloud” process if it’s currently running?
Once it’s stopped, go to the plugin’s main page (Dashboard) and click “Refresh” next to the count section — this will update the count.

If you’re still experiencing the issue, please go to the Sync to Cloud page. There, you’ll find an error log that provides details about what might be missing.

    Best regards,

Ok, I stopped the Sync. When I click Refresh, I keep seeing the same stats. On the Sync page, I see an error saying “File extension is not supported” on an SVG file, could that be the reason the Sync isn’t proceeding? I tried clicking Retry, but it just keeps loading.
I don’t have any active caching except for Cloudflare, and Wordfence is in Learning mode.
    Thanks

    Hi @andrea-capretti ,

We are limiting the uploading for only media library supported media. Svg is not supported by default. If you are using any svg compatibility plugin. That is not completely adding avg support. Try to change the svg support plugin and retry the media. It will work.

If you have still facing the issue get back to us
