Media query for padding

I really like that you can now adjust the padding for columns. The problem is it I can’t find the ability to set size for different screen sizes. This makes it pretty much worthless because it might look good on a desktop and terrible on a phone or the other way around. Am I missing something or does this need to be fixed?
