Maxbuttons call to undefined functions

    Updating to 4.3 and also all Plugins causes site to disapear apart from the header. error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/hotraorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/maxbuttons/assets/libraries/url_slug.php on line 19
