Master Addons breaks my header.

Hello!
I really like Master Addons, but I can’t use it on my site. It breaks my header. I show you two screenshots, the first without Master Addons and my normal header. The second with Master Addons activated and the header become giant.
This website is completely new, new installation of WordPress and the theme.
