    Normalmente no podemos responder a problemas de soporte en las reseñas, pero como otros usuarios pueden tener este mismo problema, lo incluyo aquí.

    • Moderadores: si no está permitido, siéntanse libres de eliminarlo.
      Lo que describes es un error que ya hemos identificado. Puedes solucionarlo con esta solución temporal.

    Ve a Ninja Forms > Ajustes.
    Ve a «Permitir telemetría» y haz clic en «Activar».
    Luego haz clic en «Desactivar».
    Ve al Panel de control y la ventana emergente ya no debería volver a aparecer.
    La solución definitiva se incluirá en una próxima versión de Ninja Forms para que nadie más tenga que lidiar con este problema.

    Si estás utilizando la última versión de Ninja Forms, esto ya debería estar solucionado, por lo que es posible que debas borrar la caché del sitio, incluyendo la minimización, combinación y aplazamiento de archivos.

    Para ser totalmente transparentes, incluimos un pequeño enlace al final de algunas páginas del plugin que solicita una reseña si te gusta Ninja Forms. Es un enlace pequeño, no una ventana emergente como la que describes.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Ninja Forms.

    Normally we aren’t allowed to answer support issues in reviews but because others may have this issue I will add this here.

    • Mods – feel free to remove if not allowed
      What you are describing is a bug that has been identified. You can fix that with this workaround.

    Go to Ninja Forms > Settings.
    Navigate to ‘Allow Telemetry’ and click Opt-in
    Then click Opt-out
    Navigate to Dashboard and the pop up now doesn’t show again.
    The fix is slated to be released in an upcoming release of Ninja Forms so no one else has to deal with it.

    If you are running the latest version of Ninja Forms this should have already been fixed so you may need to clear any site caching including minimizing, combining, and deferring.

    To be totally transparent we do include a link at the bottom of some of the pages in the plugin that is small and asks for a review if you like NInja Forms. It is a small link and not a popup like you describe.
