Mapping form fields directly to existing wp_options values

    Hi,

    For the first question, the form of this framework stores option values in the wp_options table as a serialized multi-dimensional array.

    For the second question, unfortunately, the development of this framework has been stalled for a quite a while and you shouldn’t expect any new version anytime soon.

    I’ll keep in mind that there is such a need though.
