First I made a new category with the name “GPX-bestanden”.
Then: I used the shortcode [gpx-view category=”GPX-bestanden”]
And that worked well….. Look at http://www.alkmaar-berlijn.nl for the result.

I have exactly the same difficulty : by inserting the proper code, the list of available gpx tracks is properly displayed, but when clicking on an item no map is shown despite viewing the frame of the box around the map.
What is the type of container in which this code must be written? A box with ordinary text? Something else? I suppose that I am not far from a proper display.

Jan, I did it that way but it didn’t work on our website.
Sorry for the late response, but I don’t get informed about messages.
Did you try to use ”Uncategorized” or “Allgemein” ? That are the names of categories.
