Many issues with WPforms on WP 5.5

I can’t find support for your free release, and it is breaking my website or preventing any forms to really function. With no place to ask questions, I am being suggested to buy the pro offering which has support but seeing no support or place to report bugs on the free offering .. that sends me shopping for better supported, better performing optimization solutions. Whatever I am not doing wrong, please tell me but I can’t find where I am to even report bugs found which I would think would be an important feature of a plug-in trying to build market share.
