Testimonial Query Theme 1-5 options shown in settings select-box does not show in Front End.

There is no preview of the available for the themes as part of the settings page, and the Preview button loads a new page with shows an empty rubric).

No option to edit the text of testimonial fields placeholders.

Form email notification won’t allow editing the email subject

The Form Shortcode was barely noticed, as it is placed on WordPress bottom sidebar.

There is no option to set a “Show More” message that allow to expend the testimonial content downwards when it has more words than allowed in the settings.

The font style that is used to show the testimonials at the Front End is not inherited from the site settings, and it’s not WordPress standard.

Using a WordPress RTL language website, The Slider shows nothing in the front end, but just a miniature gray square.

Rating Style setting shows 5 empty squares for instead of the optional styles.

There is no option to collect user login details (username and email) and filling them up in the Form automatically.

There is no option to allow only logged-in users to send testimonial.

Not shore what is the cause, but randomly, updating the Form settings caused my website to show 500 Error and makes my website to be unavailable for a few minutes.

    Thanks for your feedback.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. However, a few of the issues you mentioned are not entirely accurate. Please see our clarification below:

    1. Theme Preview Not Showing on Front End :
The “Testimonial Query Theme 1–5” options shown in the settings select box are for configuring the shortcode output. These themes do not automatically appear on the front end unless you use the provided shortcode on a post or page. To preview your selected style and settings, please insert the shortcode into a page or post and view it there.
    2. Testimonial Fields Placeholders :
The placeholder texts for testimonial fields are designed for the backend form view only. They help you identify the fields while configuring them, but they do not appear on the front end.
    3. Rating Style :
Not all rating styles are available in the free version. To access and use all rating style options, please upgrade to the Pro version of the plugin.
    4. Collect User Login Details & Restrict Submission to Logged-in Users :
These features are not currently available in our plugin. However, we appreciate your suggestion — we’ll consider adding these options in a future update to improve functionality and user control.

If you have more questions please let us know.
