Manually Send Mails

    Hi, if for any reason a mail is not auto send is there an option to send it manually to a specific abandoned order?
    Also a counter for the mails send for each order in the Abandoned Orders list would be nice.

    But to know that we must send a manual Email we should be alerted when a cart is abandoned ?

    That’s irrelevant in my case – I check my store often.
    But I agree, an alert (if the admin wants it) when a cart is abandoned would be a nice feature.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback and suggestions. I completely understand your requirements regarding the option to send manual emails and the optional alert for abandoned carts.

    These features are already available in the Pro version of our plugin, which is why they haven’t been included in the free version.

    We appreciate your input, and it’s always valuable for us to know how we can improve the plugin for our users.
