I was trying to make a manual reservation. But when I do, it doesn’t populate the rooms booked or dates like it would if someone would book it instantly off the website.

What do you mean by “it doesn’t populate the rooms” exactly? That are not booked? Can you give me more details and maybe share some screenshots? What is the status of the reservation?
I apologize in taking so long to respond. I was able to resolve the issue with my client.
I do have another question though, is there a way to download the reservations? As in the rooms that have been booked and the dates? My client was curious about that and whether follow up emails are an automatic setting, as it gets closer? Or will she have to format one herself?

Okay. Additionally, my client is trying to create rates for certain seasons. One price for weekdays and another price for weekends. However she is running into some issues with that. It appears if she uses the price schema, she can add the dates in full weeks, but can’t change the weekends to reflect a different rate unless she manually does the schedule from Sunday-Thursday and Friday-Saturday.
She was also having issues applying coupons to manual reservations. We did update the plugin but is there anything else that needs to be done?

If you use seasonal prices you need to manually define seasons for weekdays and seasons for weekends separately. Alternatively, you can use the price by day option but in this case, that would be the price for every week (ie. no seasons). There’s a more advanced extension that provides what you are looking for but it is a premium one.
Regarding the coupons, what issue do you have exactly? I need precise instructions on how to reproduce it otherwise it is impossible for me to help you.
By manually you mean, for ex. March 23-27 (weekdays) and March 28-29 (weekends), so on and so forth?
So a few things. She goes to create a manual reservation. Adds in all the information, and can not add an advanced coupon to it. It might’ve been a glitch because I’m looking at it currently and I see the option. If the plugin had not been updated, that could’ve caused a conflict correct?
Additionally, I’m not sure how this is even possible but when she did a manual reservation, there was no room added, so as a result it didn’t populate to the calendar. Is there a way to add room information to the reservation without the guest having to provide all their information again?
Yes, in that way.
Regarding the coupon, I need detailed instructions to replicate it. So create a fresh installation with WP Hotelier and the default WP theme. Create a room and a coupon with some simple properties. And try to add a manual reservation. If something goes wrong, write the exact steps and settings here so I can try to replicate it.
It is impossibile to create a manual reservation without a room. Do you see the room details inside the reservation? Maybe the room was deleted. Anyway, just delete the manual reservation and create a new one.
