Manual Payment to Affiliates

Hi, I tested your plugin along with the free versions from some other wordpress affiliate plugins available on the repo. So far your plugin looks attractive and smooth. However, I found that it is lacking in even a basic manual payment method like having a bank transfer etc in the free version. I hope you will be providing some kind of support in this regard.
