Managing 3rd party ad in the post body

Hello.
I want to show ad in different places of my post. I don’t want to write shortcodes every time to show ads. I want a plugin that has the abilitly to show ads in different place of a post body.I can configure the place. such as in the post page,
on the header, inside a content, at the footer, at the side bar, etc. I don;t want to show any ad in home page., Only in the post page.
