Malware Scanner is inactive

    I just purchased 3 years subscription to your plugin. However, I am not able to get the malware scanner to become active (there is a red cross showing against it instead of green tick). Main reason for buying the plugin is to remove any malwares which might be slowing my site down. Can I please get some help on this.

    Hello @auditro.

    A green tick will appear when the first successful scan is completed. It happens automatically once a day.

    You can also run the scan manually: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → Perform Scan.
