When I turn on maintenance mode, the page title is changed, but it does not display the back ground image or the other content text. ALl it displays is a loading animation and does not load anythign else

It looks like there’s a conflict with a speed optimizer plugin you are using (10Web Booster apparently). You will have to disable that while Maintenance is active.

Yep it worked thank you all for the help!! Btw is there any chance I can change the font size for these texts on the maintenance page? They are quite small
