Main setting page loads forever

    Hi,

    I don’t know why but since I’ve updated the plugin the “Main” tab of the plugin settings keeps loading and end on a 404 error page.

    Could you help?

    Hi, this might happen when the website has thousands of users or thousands of posts/pages, or it cannot communicate with Iptanus server.

    So, is any of the two first options your case?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer. It’s not the case no, maybe a problem communicating with Iptanus server then (it happened when I updated from 4.11.2 to the last version).

    If I type the direct address I can go to other tabs including settings (for example options-general.php?page=wordpress_file_upload&action=file_browser for file browser). It looks like it,s just the default / main tab that is unaccessible.

    Ok good, then go to Settings and follow these instructions. They might solve your problem.
