    Hello,

I just updated to the latest MailPoet and MailPoet Premium version. I haven’t updated the premium version for a long time (like 1 year or even longer). Now when I activate the Premium version on my multisite installation, this occurs on my entire WordPress backend (subsite) on top:

Error: Class "MailPoet\Premium\Automation\Integrations\WooCommerce\Triggers\AbandonedCart\AbandonedCartTrigger" not found in /www/htdocs/[domain]/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet-premium/generated/PremiumCachedContainer.php:576

Everything seems to work, however this error is annoying …

PS: I am not using WooCommerce, so there’s no need for any WooCommerce functionality on my side.

    Hi there @jdaniel,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue.

The error referenced above indicates a class is missing in your plugin installation. That can happen when one or more files didn’t install properly.

Could you please follow the instructions to re-install the plugin via FTP and let me know if it works?

Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data from the plugin.

    Hi there @jdaniel,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
