Hello,
I installed Mailpoet 3, watched welcome video and when I pushed the start button under the video all dissapeared. All mailpoet tabs except premium tab has no info.
Here’s a screenshot of settings tab:

So I cannot setup anything.
Can you tell me please how to fix it?

Have you tried clearning caching in your browser, on the site and any CDN that may be involved?

I tried to use different browsers and I don’t use caching on my site.

Have a look at your error_log file.

You mean Mailpoet’s log file or WP’s?

I updated to the latest version and every screen is blank. The only info I can see is my subscriber list.

Same problem for me, all my windows inside mailpoet 3 are blanks…

Hope it will have a solution 😉

I uninstalled and quit Mailpoet forever yesterday. Sick of this awful, terrible software and I would never pay them one cent.
