Luzuk Theme and Support Are GREAT!

My experience has been GREAT! Purchase was smooth, but that is usually true for all themes. The theme is great in looks and function. I had a few issues that was not related to the theme, but a plug in colliding with the theme. Luzuk jumped in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes without hesitation. I also got a small custom CSS fix (IDK CSS). They also pointed me to a location to make changes that I could not find in the documentation. All of this done in three email exchanges. The only thing that made me nervous, initially, was the delay, but that is because they are on the other side of the globe from me. Once I realized this, I asked a question, went to sleep and woke up to an answer. Contrary to some of the other reviews here, I have purchased many different themes and have never gotten this support. I will be buying from Luzuk again when I need a new look and feel.
